National Energy Administration: With the recommendation of relevant provincial energy authorities and central enterprises, the National Energy Administration organized expert reviews, solicited opinions from all parties, and decided to designate 41 projects such as Inner Mongolia Sinopec Etokeqi Wind Hydrogen Production Integrated Synthesis Green Ammonia and Hydrogen Energy Coupling Applications, and 9 regions including Changchun, Songyuan, and Baicheng in Jilin as hydrogen energy pilot projects in the energy sector.
