According to the Sri Lanka Disaster Management Center, as of 7:00 pm local time on December 4, the recent extreme weather has caused 486 deaths and 341 people missing in Sri Lanka. In recent days, heavy rains have led to floods, landslides, and other disasters in many areas of Sri Lanka.
