China Securities Regulatory Commission approves Zhejiang Zhenshi New Materials Co., Ltd.'s initial public offering of stocks registration.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission has received the Shanghai Stock Exchange's report on the review opinions and registration application documents of Zhejiang Zhenshi New Materials Co., Ltd.'s initial public offering and listing on the main board. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the State Council's notice on the implementation of the amended Securities Law, and the Measures for the Administration of the Initial Public Offering of Stocks, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has reviewed the Shanghai Stock Exchange's review opinions and Zhejiang Zhenshi New Materials Co., Ltd.'s registration application documents and approved its registration application for the initial public offering of stocks.
