On December 5, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, He Xiangfeng Financing Leasing Group Co., Ltd. (He Xiangfeng Group), signed a business cooperation agreement with Hangzhou Ha Hang Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Hello Bike).
