(referred to as "Engineering Company"), received the "Bid Notification" (Gan Jian Hong Xin Jian Zhao Zi [2025] No. 010) issued by Nanchang Xinwang Water Development Co., Ltd., confirming that the Engineering Company (leader of the consortium) and Nanchang City Urban Planning and Design Research Institute Group Co., Ltd. (member unit of the consortium) formed a consortium to be the winning bidder for the "Nanchang Xinqu Sewage Treatment Plant and Integrated Pipeline Project EPC General Contracting" project, with a bid amount of 853 million RMB.
