They have investigated the cause, process, casualties, and economic losses of the accident, determined the nature and responsibility of the accident, proposed suggestions for dealing with those responsible for the accident, summarized the lessons learned from the accident, and proposed measures for accident prevention and rectification. The accident investigation work is objective, fair, and based on facts. 2. We agree with the accident investigation team's report and analysis of the causes and responsibilities of the accident. The "726" falling accident at the Xi'an Gaoling Yixin Garden public housing project was a production safety liability accident. 3. We agree with the handling suggestions for the relevant responsible individuals and units proposed by the accident investigation team, and will legally hold accountable the relevant individuals and units. 4. We agree with the rectification suggestions and measures proposed in the accident investigation report. All relevant units and enterprises must learn from the lessons of the accident, strictly implement the suggestions and measures proposed in the accident investigation report, draw lessons from it, strengthen safety production management, actively promote safety production work, and ensure the stability of safety production. 5. All relevant units must implement the handling suggestions in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and procedures. The results of the handling and the implementation of rectification suggestions and measures should be reported to the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision and the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau in a timely manner. 6. The Municipal Emergency Management Bureau is responsible for supervising the implementation of rectification measures and archiving relevant documents.
