Yidian World announced that the company's board of directors has authorized the management team to initiate the preliminary preparations for the H-share listing, aiming to promote internationalization strategy, enhance overseas financing capabilities, improve corporate governance level, and strengthen core competitiveness. The authorization period is within 12 months from the date of the board of directors' approval.
