According to the Qichacha APP, Yancheng Demai Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Wang Yi as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes construction engineering, new material technology research and development, manufacturing of mechanical and electrical equipment, and sales of hydrogen refueling and hydrogen storage facilities. Shareholding penetration displayed by Qichacha shows that the company is indirectly entirely owned by Dema Technology.
