It mentioned encouraging foreign-flagged cruise ships to enter the country for visits. Further optimize the application materials for foreign-flagged cruise ships to apply for multi-port calls in China, implement full-process online processing; support companies to apply for multiple port calls in one application, and the management department will process them at once. Optimally adjust the policy of the ship's atmospheric pollutant emission control zone requirement for shore power use by visiting cruise ships in the visiting route, cruise ships without power facilities can reliably dock at Chinese ports by the end of 2029.
