The store adopts the "front store, back kitchen, and transparent marinating" model. In terms of products, it mainly promotes marinated duck legs, baby octopus and other featured items, retaining classic items such as marinated duck neck and duck collarbone, and adding vegetable series and small seafood categories to cater to local preferences while maintaining the classic flavor of Zhou Hei Duck.
