Citic Securities International has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to issue 170 million US dollars of floating rate notes for listing.

On December 4, CITIC Securities International Company Limited (abbreviated as "CITIC Securities International" 00014.HK) announced that it has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the issuance of $170,000,000 floating rate guaranteed notes solely to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) Details of the listing are set out in the offering circular dated July 7, 2025, and the pricing supplement dated November 28, 2025. The notes to be issued under this plan are expected to be officially listed and approved for trading on December 5, 2025.
