Luohu introduces 12 measures for high-quality development of port economy.

According to Shenzhen Special Zone Daily, reporters learned from the Luohu District Development and Reform Bureau that the "Several Measures for Promoting High-Quality Development of Border Economy in Luohu District" was recently released. Based on the advantages of the Luohu border cluster, the core of the border economic belt aims to build a set of "commercial circulation hub, first station for inbound consumption, demonstration window for scenes, and talent exchange linkages", proposing four major directions and 12 specific measures. Regarding the construction of a new engine for open economy, Luohu will focus on upgrading trade and coordinating industries. In terms of goods trade, it will attract high value-added products and bulk commodity trade headquarters, cooperate with Hong Kong in the research of a "front store, back warehouse" model for food trade, and accelerate the construction of a cross-border e-commerce industrial park. In terms of service trade, it will target cross-border tourism, international logistics, creative design, etc., and create service carriers such as digital creative arts districts. In terms of collaborative innovation, it will focus on positioning artificial intelligence and life health industries, constructing an artificial intelligence industry-university-research base with "Shennan East No.1" as the carrier, and building the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Life Health Industry Park based on the B1 plot of transit land. In terms of the application of new technologies, new formats, and new scenarios, it will primarily promote the landing of "AI+" and low-altitude economy applications. In terms of "AI+" applications, it plans to promote AI digital humans, biometric identification, and other services at the port, pilot cross-border unmanned traffic and freight, and explore AI translation applications. In terms of low-altitude economy, it will start the pilot of cross-border drone logistics delivery at the Wenjindu port, expanding a new model of "low-altitude + culture and tourism" integration.
