The latest experiment results failed to support the verification of the existence of sterile neutrinos.

On the 3rd day, the journal "Nature" simultaneously published two studies, once again testing the long-standing hypothesis of the existence of sterile neutrinos that has been troubling the physics community. The results show that the experiments did not find any evidence of additional types of neutrinos, and the measurements were basically consistent with the predictions of the standard model, thereby weakening the possibility of the existence of a fourth type of neutrino - the sterile neutrino.
