Blue Owl Capital Inc. has raised $1.7 billion for its latest digital infrastructure fund, Blue Owl Digital Infrastructure Trust. The fund acquired equity in 11 data centers in the United States from Blue Owl's affiliates, with the transaction valuing around $1.5 billion after deducting assumed debt. The fund is a private perpetual vehicle designed to purchase, own, and operate infrastructure such as data centers, fiber, cell towers, and other related assets.
