On the news front, its subsidiary Less Common Metals (LCM) has signed rare earth material supply agreements with Solvay and Arnold Magnetic Technologies under Compass Diversified (CODI.US), providing a significant boost to the further localization of the rare earth supply chain in the United States and Europe. Under the agreement, LCM will use its technical capabilities in rare earth metal and alloy manufacturing to provide high-quality, stable, and strategically significant rare earth material supply for Arnold's advanced permanent magnet production.
