Redfin predicts that next year, mortgage rates in the United States will drop to the low range of around 6%.

According to the prediction of the US residential real estate brokerage company Redfin, mortgage rates will gradually decrease to around 6% by 2026, with moderate increase in housing prices, some areas cooling down, while another analysis shows that prices will drop in 22 of the top 100 cities in the US.
