Zhijiang Finance APP News, Smart Honor-W (02590.HK) announced that on December 4, 2025, the board of directors has approved the implementation of the H-share full circulation proposal, that is, the conversion of the company's 94.5761 million unlisted Class B ordinary shares (all unlisted Class B shares) into the company's H-shares (H-share full circulation). After obtaining all relevant approvals (including the filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission and approval from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, the unlisted Class B shares will be converted into H shares, and the company will apply for approval for the listing and trading of these H shares on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (conversion and listing).
