Under this, both parties agree to leverage their complementary strengths, establish a strategic partnership, and jointly explore, develop, and implement innovative artificial intelligence-driven payment processing solutions to enhance efficiency, security, and customer experience. The Memorandum of Understanding is valid for 12 months from the date of signing.
