Tencent Finance News, Dong-E-E-Jiao (000423.SZ) announced that the company plans to repurchase its own shares through the secondary market using its own funds. The amount of the repurchase will not exceed 2 billion yuan, including at least 1 billion yuan. The repurchase price per share will not exceed 72.08 yuan, and the repurchase period will not exceed 12 months from the date of approval of the repurchase plan by the shareholders' meeting.
