Hainan Haiyao announced that Shenzhen South Central Investment Co., Ltd., a person obligated to disclose information, has had to passively reduce its holdings of Hainan Haiyao shares by 131 million shares, accounting for 10.08% of the total share capital of the company, due to a court ruling. After this change in equity, South Central Investment now holds 2.5204 million shares of Hainan Haiyao, accounting for 0.19% of the total share capital. At the same time, South Central Investment and its concerted parties have had their voting rights on the shares they originally relinquished restored.
