Yabon Chemical announced that the actual controller, Cai Tong, signed the "Fudan Entrepreneurial Stock Fund Donation Agreement" with the Shanghai Fudan University Education Development Foundation on December 3, 2025, donating 1.358696 million shares of the company's stock for free, with a market value of approximately 10 million yuan, to establish the "Fudan Entrepreneurial Stock Fund". The donated company shares are all freely tradable shares. After this donation is completed, the total amount of company shares controlled by Cai Tong and Wang Xinya will be reduced to 35.89%.
