The Civil Aviation Administration of China has issued opinions to promote the deep integration and innovation of "artificial intelligence + civil aviation".

Recently, the Civil Aviation Administration issued the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of 'Artificial Intelligence + Civil Aviation'". The "Implementation Opinions" clearly sets out the overall requirements for the high-quality development of "Artificial Intelligence + Civil Aviation," adhering to the overall principles of "innovation-driven, safety-controlled, demand-oriented, scenario-enabled, priority breakthroughs with basic advancement, and coordinated promotion of systems," in order to promote the innovative empowerment of artificial intelligence in industry development. The "Implementation Opinions" propose that by 2027, the integration of artificial intelligence with civil aviation safety, operations, travel, logistics, supervision, and planning and construction will be achieved, with initial results in the construction of core supporting elements for civil aviation artificial intelligence. By 2030, the wide and deep integration of artificial intelligence with all areas of civil aviation will be achieved, and civil aviation artificial intelligence governance and security systems will gradually improve, making artificial intelligence a powerful engine driving the high-quality development of civil aviation.
