Involving 29 companies and 35 batches of drugs, the National Medical Products Administration released a list of non-compliant companies.

The latest announcement from the National Medical Products Administration stated that 35 batches of drugs do not meet regulations. The announcement revealed that after inspection by 9 drug inspection institutions, including the Guangdong Provincial Drug Inspection Institute, a total of 35 batches of drugs from 29 companies do not meet regulations. The drug regulatory authorities have required the relevant companies and units to take measures such as suspending sales, recalling products, etc. to control risks for non-compliant drugs. Investigations into the reasons for non-compliance will be conducted and corrective measures will be implemented. The National Medical Products Administration has requested provincial drug regulatory authorities to lawfully investigate suspected illegal activities of relevant companies and units, and to publicly disclose investigation results according to regulations.
