The coverage rate of basic rehabilitation services for people with disabilities in Ningxia has exceeded 99% for five consecutive years.

Reporters learned from the Ningxia Disabled Persons' Federation that since the "14th Five-Year Plan", Ningxia has provided basic rehabilitation services to 350,000 disabled people, adapted assistive devices for 93,000 people, and the coverage rate of basic rehabilitation services for disabled people and the adaptability rate of assistive devices have remained stable at over 99% for five consecutive years. It is reported that Ningxia has included rehabilitation assistance for disabled children in the people's livelihood projects of the Autonomous Region People's Government for seven consecutive years, nurturing 55 designated rehabilitation institutions for disabled children and providing basic rehabilitation training for 17,300 disabled children.
