Super Smart Electronics: Plans to increase capital to a Thai company by $100 million for the expansion project of high-end printed circuit boards for AI computing power.
Super Bright Electronics announced that, in order to expand its production capacity advantage, the company plans to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Super Bright Investment to its second-tier wholly-owned subsidiary Thai Super Bright by $100 million or the equivalent in foreign currency, using its own funds or self-raised funds. This capital increase will be used for the advanced AI computing power printed circuit board expansion project. After the capital increase is completed, the company will still hold 100% of the shares of Thai Super Bright through its investments in Super Bright Investment and Seychelles Super Bright.
