According to the Zhitong Financial APP, on December 3, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Chairman Ru Hongbin led a delegation of Chinese entrepreneurs to attend a roundtable meeting with the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) and its member companies in the United States. They had in-depth discussions with SIA President and CEO, John Neuffer, on promoting cooperation in the semiconductor field between China and the United States, deepening multilateral cooperation, and maintaining the stability and smooth operation of the global industrial supply chain. SIA Vice President of Global Policy, Jimmy Goodson, as well as representatives from Qualcomm, MediaTek, AMD, Nokia, Marvell, and Emerson, among others, participated in the discussion with both American and Chinese business representatives in attendance.
