According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Jinan Meng Rui Si Technology Partnership Enterprise was established with a registered capital of 190 million yuan. Its business scope includes digital technology services, data processing services, data processing and storage support services, and Internet of Things technology services. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is jointly invested by Fourth Paradigm Technology Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fourth Paradigm, and Paradigm Intelligent Devices Ltd.
