Moody's: Awards two senior unsecured notes "A1" rating to Bank of China's Hong Kong branch planned issuance.

On December 4, Moody's awarded Bank of China Limited (referred to as "Bank of China" 03988.HK601988.SH) Hong Kong Branch with an "A1" rating for its proposed issuance of USD-denominated, 3-year, floating rate, senior unsecured notes and HKD-denominated, 2-year, fixed rate, senior unsecured notes. These notes will be issued under Bank of China's $40 billion Medium Term Note (MTN) program.
