According to the Finance and Economics APP, based on the latest storage spot price trend report released by TrendForce, the spot market situation in the DRAM sector continues to fluctuate, with DDR4 chip prices continuing to rise, overall prices still higher than DDR5. Although prices are already at high levels, there is no sign of a price decline yet. The mainstream chip DDR4 1Gx8 3200MT/s saw a price increase of 10.73% (from US$14.914 to US$16.514) this week (11/26-12/2). In the NAND spot market, driven by the expectation of extremely tight supply and the continued upward trend in prices, there have been multiple daily adjustments to spot prices. This week (11/26-12/2), 512Gb TLC wafer spot prices rose by 5.90%, reaching US$9.607.
