On December 2nd, at the 2025 Yangtze River Industry Technology Innovation Conference, a groundbreaking achievement that rewrites industry technical rules made its debut: the fully-integrated low-pressure casting all-aluminum bearing chassis created by Hubei Hangte Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was officially released. This chassis technology successfully overcame the process limits of large thin-walled structural components, achieving the first-ever integral forming of a fully aluminum chassis with a projection area of 4.2 square meters and wall thickness spanning from 4mm to 50mm. Industry experts believe that Hangte Equipment's integrated low-pressure casting technology signifies that China has reached a world-leading level in the manufacturing of large and complex aluminum alloy structural components. This technological path is expected to lead the way in the design and manufacturing of the chassis for new energy vehicles.
