Recently, a netizen in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, left a message on the online public service platform "Minsheng e Point" inquiring, "Wasn't the Meishan branch line originally included in Line 12 and approved for construction in the 'Multi-level Urban Rail Transit Planning for the Yangtze River Delta' together? Why does it now need to go through the approval process of the National Development and Reform Commission again? What is the situation?" In response, the Ningbo Municipal Development and Reform Commission replied on December 2, stating, "According to the notification from the National Development and Reform Commission for the new round of urban rail transit planning applications, for projects that were approved but not implemented in the previous round of urban rail transit planning, they still need to reapply for approval from the National Development and Reform Commission."
