On December 4th, in the mid-term report for the 2026 fiscal year, Alibaba disclosed that in May 2025, the company entered into a purchase agreement to sell 85% of Trendyol GO's equity. The cash consideration for the sale was approximately 700 million US dollars, and the transaction was completed during the six months ending on September 30, 2025. The announcement revealed that the sale generated revenues of approximately 6 billion yuan, which was included in the interest income and investment net income of the unaudited condensed consolidated profit statement for the six months ending on September 30, 2025.
