To acquire Warner Brothers Discovery (WBD.US) and Paramount Skydance (PSKY.US) companies, the breakup fee has been set at 50 billion US dollars.

According to the Smart Finance APP, informed sources revealed that Paramount Skydance Corp. (PSKY.US) has raised the termination fee to over twice the amount to $5 billion in its proposal to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. (WBD.US). This is part of its more generous offer to outdo its competitors.
