Trump pardons Ryan Leaf, co-founder of Oaktree National Park

According to a document released by the US Department of Justice, President Trump has pardoned Tim Leavitt, co-founder of the sports stadium developer Oakview Group, who was accused earlier this year of manipulating the bidding process for a sports stadium in Texas. Leavitt had previously denied any wrongdoing. The executive approval granted by Trump has a date of December 2nd.
