Zhixin Finance APP News, Huanghe Real Industry (00318) announced that on December 3, 2025, the buyer (the company's wholly-owned subsidiary VG Investment Assets Holdings Limited) intends to acquire about 6.5% equity of the target company (Claman Global Limited) from the seller (Wilhelm Soeharsono Budihardjo) for a price of HK$8.28 million. The consideration will be satisfied by issuing and allotting 17.4316 million shares of consideration shares pursuant to the general mandate. The company currently holds approximately 54.8% equity of the target company. Upon completion, the company will hold approximately 61.3% equity of the target company.
