The subscription matter has been completed. According to the subscription agreement, 1.9718 million domestic shares have been credited as fully paid and issued to the subscriber. Therefore, following the completion, the total number of shares of the company is 88.6976 million shares, including 31.0841 million domestic shares and 57.6135 million H shares.
