Hua Da Jiutian Announcement, the company, together with Jinwan Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone of Hengqin, Tianjin Binhai New Area Venture Capital Guidance Fund Co., Ltd., jointly initiated the establishment of Tianjin Zhongwan Xinsheng Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise with a total amount of subscribed capital of 110 million yuan, of which Hua Da Jiutian investment 100 million yuan, after the investment is completed, holding 90.9008% of its partnership interests. The guidance fund is controlled by China Electronics Information Industry Group Co., Ltd., the actual controller of the company, and this investment constitutes a related party transaction.
