It is estimated that from January to July 2026, the company will sell goods and services to related party customer A for a total amount of 155 million yuan, accounting for 15.45% of similar business transactions; while the actual amount from January to October 2025 was 98.4586 million yuan, accounting for 9.81%. The company's relationship with customer A will be terminated by the end of July 2026. This matter still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting, and related shareholders must abstain from voting. The sponsoring institution, CICC, agrees to the above-mentioned estimated matters.
