Yonghe Intelligent Control Announcement, the company intends to publicly transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Shanshui Shang Hotel Co., Ltd. and the full equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Yonghe Cheng Medical Technology Co., Ltd. to Chengdu Shanshui Shang. The total minimum price for the first listing is not less than RMB 185 million. This transaction has been approved by the 28th temporary meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors of the Company and still needs to be submitted for approval at the fourth interim shareholders' meeting of 2025.
