Xinwanda announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Qianhai Hongsheng Entrepreneurship Investment Service Co., Ltd. and its affiliate, Shenzhen Qianhai Haotian Investment Management Partnership Enterprise, plan to jointly invest in Deepwise Technology Co., Ltd. Qianhai Haotian will subscribe for 50 million yuan worth of equity in Deepwise Technology with its own funds.
