Tianshun Corporation announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hainan Tianyu received a reward of 44,391,400 yuan in aviation freight subsidy funds from the Hainan Provincial Department of Transportation in the first half of 2025. Among them, 44,225,900 yuan is the company's reward subsidy, accounting for 495.99% of the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company in the most recent audited period; 165,000 yuan is collected and paid by the company. The funds were transferred to the account on December 2. This subsidy is a government subsidy related to revenue and activities, and has been offset against related cost and expense for the first half of the year.
