The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Dashan Education (09986.HK) announced that Mr. Zhang Hongjun has resigned from all positions on the board of directors and all positions in the company, including the executive director and chairman of the company, chairman of the nomination committee, chairman of the investment management committee, member of the remuneration committee, and the authorized representative as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules from December 1, 2025. On the same day, Mr. Zhang also resigned from all positions in the company's subsidiaries.
