Xinquan Group: Tang Zhihua and Tang Meihua indirectly acquired 12.71% of the shares through inheritance and gifts.

Xinquan Company announced that one of the original controlling shareholders, Tang Aoqi, has passed away, leading to changes in shareholding and a change in controlling shareholders. Tang Zhihua and Tang Meihua indirectly acquired 64.8483 million shares of the company, representing 12.71% of the total share capital, through inheritance and share gifts. Before the acquisition, Tang Zhihua directly and indirectly held 20.91% of the shares, and Tang Meihua directly held 1.77% of the shares; after the acquisition, Tang Zhihua held a total of 27.26% of the shares, and Tang Meihua held a total of 8.13% of the shares, making Tang Zhihua the new controlling shareholder. Due to inheritance, the acquirer is exempt from making a tender offer. Currently, the relevant share transfer procedures are being processed. The acquirer has no plans to increase or decrease holdings in the next 12 months.
