Zhtng Cijng APP news, Dongfang Electric (01072.HK) announced that senior vice president Mr. Wang Jun, vice president Mr. Hu Xiukui, and vice president Mr. Dan Jun intend to reduce their shareholding in the company within 3 months after 15 trading days from the disclosure date of the reduction plan (excluding the period during which it is prohibited to reduce shares according to relevant laws, administrative regulations, and normative documents), through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system in a centralized bidding trading manner. Mr. Wang Jun will reduce no more than 6250 shares, Mr. Hu Xiukui will reduce no more than 16250 shares, and Mr. Dan Jun will reduce no more than 7500 shares. The number of shares reduced by the above individuals shall not exceed 25% of their total shareholding as of the end of the previous year, and the reduction price will be determined based on the market price at the time of reduction implementation.
