Capital Tai News APP News, Tita Financial Holdings (00459.HK) announced that on December 3, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Junlian Credit entered into a mortgage loan agreement with the borrower and mortgagor. Under this agreement, Junlian Credit agreed to grant a loan of HK$22 million to the borrower, with an annual interest rate of 11% and a repayment period of twelve months.
