Fuan Turbine Co., Ltd. announced that the company has completed the establishment of Sichuan Fuan Gas Turbine Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 620 million yuan. The joint venture company is jointly invested by Leshan High-tech Investment, Leshan Equity Fund, and Liaoning Turbine, with Leshan High-tech Investment and Leshan Equity Fund each contributing 150 million yuan, and Liaoning Turbine contributing 320 million yuan in physical assets, technology, and currency.
