Da Yue City announced that its holding subsidiary, Wuhan Di Yue, has filed a lawsuit against the Caidian District Natural Resources and Urban and Rural Construction Bureau of Wuhan City due to administrative agreement disputes, requesting the termination of the land transfer contract, the return of the land transfer fees, compensation for losses, etc. The total amount of the lawsuit includes 3.61 billion yuan for land transfer fees, 7.13 billion yuan for losses, 14.64 million yuan for taxes, and 7.38 million yuan for supporting fees. This lawsuit has no significant adverse impact on the company's daily production and operation or debt repayment capabilities.
