Fitch Ratings: Assigns a "B" final long-term issuer rating outlook of "Stable" to West China Cement Limited (02233.HK)

On December 2nd, Fitch Ratings awarded West China Cement Limited ("West China Cement" 02233.HK) with a final long-term issuer default rating of "B" with a stable outlook, while also awarding its newly issued $400 million senior unsecured notes due in December 2028 with a final rating of "B" and a recovery rating of "RR4".
