New York State plans to issue three casino licenses, each with a fee of $500 million.

A state commission in New York recommended on Tuesday issuing licenses for three subordinate gambling areas - Bally's Bronx, Hard Rock Metropolitan Park, and Resorts World NYC - pending approval from the gaming commission; each license fee is $500 million.
