Xiong Zhengyu appointed as the acting mayor of Wuhan City.

The 30th meeting of the 15th Standing Committee of the Wuhan People's Congress appointed Xiong Zhengyu as the Deputy Mayor of Wuhan and decided that Xiong Zhengyu would act as the Acting Mayor of Wuhan.
